Rossendale Cubs at County Cub Camp

3 Cub Scout Packs (42 Cubs) from Rossendale joined other cub packs from East Lancashire Scout County. The 3 Cub packs from Rossendale were the 2nd Rossendale (St John's Bacup), 21st Rossendale (St Marys Rawtenstall), 42nd Rossendale (Trinity Baptist Bacup).

The Cubs had a full programme of events including night hike on the Friday night, a day of activities on Saturday which included shooting, archery, waterslide, inflatables, crafts plus other activities that the Cubs could wander around and try.

Sunday was an its a knockout competition between teams of Cub Scouts. The Cubs also had some activities on the Sunday afternoon such as football and cricket, that were played in the Sports Barn. Everyone had a good time, both Cubs and Leaders. Thank you to all Leaders who attended and worked so hard to ensure that the Cubs had such a good time.
